Marc has over 40 years experience in the field as a front-line worker, manager, and program developer. 20 years of experience in First Nation’s communities managing and developing programs, as well as mentoring staff to fill the positions. He has multiple publications including the Mentoring Manual for the Aboriginal Infant Development Programs of BC. He was the 2012 recipient of the Margaret and Wallace McCain Family Foundation and Lawson Foundation Award for innovative practices in Indigenous Early Childhood Education.
