Allan currently resides on the traditional lands of the Huron-Wendat, Wabanaki, Atikamekw, Wolastokuk, and Innu peoples of what is today colonially named Quebec City. Allan has worked with Indigenous communities for over 20 years. He specializes in psychedelic-assisted therapy and is exploring how Western-based medicine can integrate respectfully with Indigenous knowledge. He is a graduate of the VIU PaTGC Program and is currently a PhD student investigating this intersection and has led community-based psychedelic therapy programs.
